About Clair

I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with 6 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over this time, I have taught more than 300 students, helping them develop both technical skills and creativity.

My approach combines structured instruction with fun and interactive exercises, allowing students to progress steadily while enjoying the learning process. One of my proudest achievements has been mentoring students to perform successfully.

In college events and competitions, seeing their confidence and passion grow. I strive to create a positive, motivating environment where students feel encouraged to explore music, express themselves, and develop a lifelong passion for Guitar.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for guitar focuses on clarity, discipline, and creative development. I use communication to explain chords, scales, strumming techniques, and finger placement in a simple and understandable way. This helps students learn correctly and confidently.

I emphasise accountability by guiding students to set goals and maintain regular practice routines. I track progress and provide feedback to support steady improvement. Integrity is a key part of my teaching style. I ensure students learn proper posture, correct techniques, and strong musical basics for long-term success.

Lessons are planned based on the student’s level, pace, and musical interests. I include exercises, song practice, and rhythm training to make learning enjoyable. I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, and songwriting to provide a complete musical foundation.

My teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and structured. I help students develop confidence and a lifelong love for guitar and music.
