About Emily

I have a degree in special education with a minor in language arts/English. I taught students ages 5-14 for 6 years. I loved working in small groups and one on one. I created my own content to help accommodate my students’ learning levels and to engage them further.

I find that the best way to reach a student is to show them that you care, and you are interested in them as a person. So my teaching method is to engage all students with compassion and interest, so they will trust me and me interested in what I have to say.
