About Sarvada
As an Engineering graduate and long-time yoga practitioner, my journey with yoga began more than a decade ago while seeking ways to improve my own health. The positive impact it had on my well-being inspired me to train as a yoga instructor so I could share these benefits with others. I aim to make every session supportive, enjoyable, and engaging while helping people build strength, balance, and calm in their daily lives.

As a dedicated yoga practitioner, I incorporate traditional mantras, breathing techniques, and gentle guidance to calm the mind and body. My online yoga classes make it easy for people from anywhere to experience relaxation, flexibility, and mental clarity.
