As a student going to attend a first-year university at one of the top engineering schools in Canada. It's no surprise that I have had to learn how to read and write well. Which is what gives me the necessary qualifications in order to tutor you.

When it comes to tutoring remembering what has been taught is what sets me apart from other tutors. A strong emphasis on recalling what has been previously taught is the difference between a low score and a high one for a test. Constantly reviewing previous material ensures that it's never forgotten.
A typical lesson plan includes reviewing, learning, guided practice, and individual practice. Individual practice ensures that the student doesn't develop a strong reliance on a tutor when it comes to solving problems or writing in a test situation.
The lessons are mainly targeted for a middle school level and special emphasis is placed on those who have English as a Second Language.
