About Shamica
As a student, I have been opened up to a lot of curriculum around the state of mind and how strong the brain truly is. I would say that I have high expertise in well being as I have been studying this for many years now and looking into ways to better yourself and your mentality. I have learned that following your heart and listening to your gut is the best way for a happy life, as well as following several other steps to learn how to deal with the highs and lows of life.
