I am a very nurturing individual and when it comes to teaching I have a more counseling and direct approach. I guide and engage my student instead of dictating and doing all the talking. I take into account the student's level of knowledge of the language as well as learning styles to better the lesson and for them to have learned something new at the end of the lesson.
