About Stephen
I believe learning should be fun, serious, impressive and lifelong. When you can be funny in English (without telling canned jokes) you have succeeded -- because you know the language from the inside -- including slang and jargon. English for Academic Purposes requires and higher level of vocabulary to be chosen when writing and thoughtfully chosen with speaking. Everything is about expressing your meaning clearly with the listener or reader understanding easily 100%.
Teaching English for individual needs and wants is always an interesting "challenge". Every student is different and deserves to be tutored in different ways and methods.
I have taught some several thousand students and I know the I touched their lives and they touched my life with meaning. Middle school, high school, college and professional "young" adults. Let's move forward together!
