About Alan
I have been teaching for many years and have taught across the curriculum. I am very knowledgeable and have favored becoming a knowing on all topics and enjoy learning newly acquired knowledge to share with others. I have retrained myself on various curriculum strands and have become a successful Trainer and Assessor. My passion is teaching, and I feel very accomplished when showing evidence of my effort to advance their learning, and students can practically demonstrate that they have learned.

The most important step is to assess my students on their proficiency in the four strands of English: speaking, listening, writing, and reading. Once I have formed an opinion on their skills using the Australian skills framework, I can devise an individual plan for the student's learning. I will select achievable goals for every lesson and make sure the students master the concept before moving on to the next level, ensuring the student is confident in the learned material to build a foundation for later concepts.
