With a degree in Rhetoric, I bring a deep understanding of language, communication, and the art of persuasion to every lesson I teach. I specialize in writing, reading, and language arts, but I also work across a variety of subjects, helping students develop the critical thinking skills they need to excel. My lessons are heavily tailored to fit each student's interests and needs. I believe in working closely with each student, including line-by-line editing and analysis of assignments, reading together, and whatever else they may need help with. English is one of the most important subjects a student will engage with, as it is a skill that lays the foundation for engaging with many other subjects. Unfortunately, it can be one of the most challenging as well. With my tutoring, I work closely with my students to help bring understanding, competency, and perhaps some enjoyment on the way!
