About Roscha
Having had grinds for English myself in both Junior and Leaving Certificate, I understand that English as taught in schools focuses more so on the subject’s material (Poetry, Novels, Films etc.,) instead of nurturing students’ writing skills and abilities. I’m aware that there’s a lot more to English than simply ‘writing’, hence why my tutorials will focus on hints and tricks to withstand exam time pressures whilst also producing well thought out content. - if you have any areas that you feel you could work on, I can tailor a tutor plan to you. - what’s covered in the tutorials is student-led, with students identifying what area of the exam they want help with.

English tutorials will mainly be focused on both the Junior and Leaving Certificate papers including Reading Comprehension techniques, Creative Writing, Poetic Interpretation, and Novel Analysis. Writing skills will also be covered to enhance students’ responses.
Tutorial length: 45 minutes via MS Teams.

- Qualifications: 1:1 in English & Philosophy (B.A.) & 2:1 in Psychological Sciences (M.Sc.).
