These are my teaching principles:
- I aim to provide targeted, efficient, bespoke, and relaxed lessons.
- I believe that a confident learner is a successful learner. I will encourage, not humiliate my students. I will never belittle or make them feel small.
- I am confident that my students can make speedy progress right away. I aim to do more than increase grades. I want to inspire, increase confidence, and show that everyone can excel in English.
- I have experience working with students with learning disabilities, gifted students, as well as those who are struggling in a particular subject.
- I enjoy sharing my knowledge and witnessing my students grow. I strive to be a positive role model, encouraging them and helping them believe in themselves. I am also honest with them when they are struggling and help them find ways to improve.
