I am a lecturer and a Doctor of Philosophy (English Language). I have been teaching Use of English for over 5 years and Advanced English Syntax for two years. I have published aricles both locally and internationally. Presently I am co-authoring a book on Advanced English Syntax.

I am a doctor of philosophy (English language). My area of specialization is Advanced English Syntax. My teaching will be adopting Chomsky’s Generative Grammar approach. Lessons will cover syntactic categories (parts of speech), constituent analysis, phrases (noun phrase, tense phrase, complementizer phrase, etc), clauses, syntactic relations, Government and Binding (X-bar theory, Binding, etc), movement operations, syntactic operations in minimalism, etc
