About Nokwanda
As a teacher, I am committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment where every student feels supported. I believe that learning should be interactive and relatable, so I use a variety of methods to keep students interested, like real-world examples, group discussions, and creative projects. My strengths lie in my ability to connect with students and adapt my approach based on their needs, helping them feel more confident in tackling new challenges. In my lessons, I focus on creating a welcoming and engaging environment where students feel encouraged to participate and ask questions. I always start with clear objectives and plan each session to include both explanation and interaction. For example, I might start with a brief overview, then move into an activity or discussion to help students apply what they’ve learned. I also adapt my teaching to the needs of each student, as I know some prefer visual aids while others benefit from hands-on activities. After each lesson, I check in with students to make sure they understood the key points, and I’m always open to feedback to improve my methods. My goal is for each student to leave the lesson feeling more confident and motivated to learn.
