About Kate
I am passionate about my subjects, English and Drama, and I enjoy learning about my students and their future aspirations. I have a daughter who recently completed an MA, so I fully understand the demands of a person who is studying hard!
I have many varied interests, including going to the cinema and theatre, visiting art galleries and museums; walking in the countryside; travelling and experiencing other cultures and keeping fit by swimming and going to the gym. I am currently only offering lessons online.

Hello - good to meet you. I enjoy tutoring because it enables me to work fun and creatively. Approachable and friendly, I work with all ages and abilities!
I teach English conversation, accent and pronunciation coaching and practical communication skills, KS3 - A-Level English Language & Literature and Drama, and LAMDA.
Depending on the student's age, my hourly charges range from £27 to £40 per hour. There is a reduced rate for pre-paid blocks of 5 lessons.
I teach via Zoom, increasingly popular and successful teaching, learning, and coaching medium. It has proved very effective, and students seem to enjoy using it.
If you are looking for someone to focus on your skills and work with your unique learning style to improve your chances of success - I am that person!
