About Amhara

I am a finalist student at Warwick University. I was born in Paris and have lived most of my life in London. My background is Afro-Caribbean and European. I attended the Lycée Français Charles De Gaulle for all of my education, from primary school through to the end of secondary.

About the lesson

My teaching method is calm and feedback heavy. I am most effective when evaluating students' writing and offering areas of improvement. For this reason, even though I specialise in English Literature, I can stretch to English Language. I am happy to discuss responses to texts regardless of whether or not I have read them - though I am likely to be familiar with much of the curriculum as a result of my studies.

I know Amhara through university and thus know that he is very intelligent and hard working. I have previously asked him for help with my own work; including proofreading and correcting grammatical errors. He is very personable and has a clear style of explanation.
