About Jane
I'm a second year English Literature student who achieved AAA at A Level. My studies have aided me in developing the essay writing, analysis, and critical thinking skills necessary to be an excellent tutor. I have experience tutoring students in English and thoroughly enjoy sharing my subject with others.

Lessons are usually an hour and will vary depending on the needs of the student. If students struggle with the basic content of the text being studied, then we will focus on key themes, quotes, topics and context before moving onto writing skills. If the student struggles with writing, then lessons will focus on developing the skills to answer a question independently. This will start with an answer scaffold before moving onto working independently as skills progress.
