About Aarna
Hi! I’m Aarna, a former A-level English student now studying Law at LSE. I specialise in helping students excel in English: from 11+ comprehension and creative writing to GCSE Literature. I focus on finding techniques that work for each student, boosting confidence and improving results. Having achieved grade 9s in English Language and Literature at GCSE and an A at A-level, I know what it takes to succeed and I would love to help students get there too. My lessons are tailored, supportive, and results driven, making English a more manageable and enjoyable subject.

-My lessons are available for children preparing for the 11+ and older- including throughout secondary school up to and including GCSE English literature students -Experienced with teaching 11+ students English, particularly focusing on comprehension and creative writing as that was the trickiest for the majority of students. -Flexible lesson length: Typically 1 hour, but 30-90 minutes sessions are also available if preferred. -My teaching style and method will be tailored to what the individual student's goals and weaknesses are, as I will aim to increase students' confidence when tackling questions they may find difficult.
