About Aarcha
I am an English postgraduate and an ex-Amazonian who chose to step away from the corporate world to pursue my passion for teaching with purpose and professionalism. Even when I had a teaching job offer in hand, I decided to join B.Ed because I did not want to enter classrooms by merely experimenting and learning along the way. I wanted to understand the science, psychology, and responsibility behind teaching so that I could become a teacher who truly knows what she is doing.
For me, teaching is not just about completing portions or delivering lessons; it is about shaping confidence, curiosity, and independent thinking in learners.

My aim is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves freely and develop independent learning habits. My tutoring sessions are not just about teaching English, but about helping learners enjoy the process of learning and discover their own potential with confidence and creativity.
