About Javier
Hello! My name is Javier Lopehandía, I am an English-Spanish interpreting student and I have been an English language teacher's aide for two years. I am in my last semester of university and I took the CAE exam with a C2 certification.
I am very interested in language acquisition and believe that feedback plays a crucial role in the learning process. I find it extremely rewarding to have conversations in your second language and English is a language I value highly for its usefulness and versatility.

I try to make my classes dynamic and tailored to the student's goals. My focus is on cultivating an interest in English with interesting topics and a focus on oral skills. Similarly, I seek to address the different dimensions of the language: vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, comprehension and production.
Before each session, I like to prepare class material that the student can use for personal study.
I teach classes at home, in a public place or online.

Deadly! Me gustó mucho tomar clases con Javier. Es una persona muy enfocada, me hizo sentir escuchado y fuimos siempre a un ritmo que me permitiera entender y comprender en su totalidad lo que me explicaba.

Javier es un excelente profesor; se nota que tiene un gran conocimiento del idioma y mucha paciencia.
