I am a South African citizen that is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their potential in learning. I aim to please , I strive for success, very easy going, I'm a social person driven by the social constructivist theory when it comes to teaching and learning.

I'm more of a Facilitator of knowledge rather than a disseminator of it, I prefer learner-centered approaches because that's how we get instant feedback from the learner on his/her performance. Driven by the social constructivist theory to teaching and learning because learners learn better when they engage in productive conversations with each other. When it comes to lessons I'd introduce a topic to the learners highlight the lessons objectives and get on with a pre lesson activity to stimulate their minds and activate their prior knowledge on that particular topic.
