Each person has a different learning profile and one of the main causes of student dropout and discouragement in English classes is the need to adapt to the school / teacher methodology. My 'methodology' is about identifying the profile of each student, their linguistic needs, their previous level and knowledge and developing personalized content that focuses on conversation, pronunciation and new topics in class, keeping writing and reading as 'homework' , thus optimizing the online / classroom time.
