About Evandro
As I have worked in language teaching institutions such as Cultura Inglesa, Brasa, CCAA, Wise Up, CNA, etc, I had the opportunity to deal with various methodological tendencies. Nowadays, in general, the communicative approach, COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH, predominates in the language teaching adopted by most language schools, that is, a methodology that aims to make those who are learning to use it in the most different situations. This approach emphasizes more general or more specific aspects regarding the lexical aspect, especially when implemented through the most diverse materials, COURSEBOOKS, ETC, existing in the market, and that is called GENERAL ENGLISH, or ENGLISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES, English to the world of nations, for example. This is the methodology with which I have been teaching English.

I am Brazilian and the languages in general have always fascinated me. I have also taught Spanish for over twenty years. I lived in Madrid, Spain and in Cologne / Köln, Germany. I studied Letras - Portuguese / English in the State of Rio de Janeiro (FAHUPE - Faculty of Humanities Pedro II and Universidade Veiga de Almeida). I also work as a translator and have done translation work mainly when I worked in oil and gas companies in the city of Macaé, State of Rio de Janeiro. Teaching is the activity that most fulfills me as a human being.
