It's so much fun to see my students learn. I am a warm, friendly teacher who likes to collaborate with students to find out what is most enjoyable and interesting to them.
I point out strengths I notice in my students regularly, and we build from those strengths using an encouraging, patient approach.
I work through concerns, anxieties, and problems openly and celebrate small and big achievements.
