About Brianna
One of the most important things I try to remember when teaching or tutoring is that I was a student once too and I definitely wasn't always an easy one to deal with. With this in mind, I will not turn away a student, regardless of what the struggles are. While I had plenty of help and opportunity, I know that not every student does and all it takes is that one tutor or teacher to help everything "click" and make sense so the subjects and school in general become as easy as blinking.

As every student is different and they each learn differently, my method will vary depending on what works best for the student (and I will ask the student this on the first lesson!). I personally prefer to use the first lessons to get to know my students and their struggles with the subject we are working on, however, there will always be a learning activity, whether its a writing, reading, or other activities. As I have experience with K-12 and collegiate instruction, I have a range of lessons that I can present to the students to both help them with the levels they are on and encourage them to try something more challenging.
