About Ali
As someone who has recently completed year 12 English with an ATAR over 90 and experienced the exams as well as the newly introduced 'creative' sections in VCE curriculum, I was able to develop my own skills and tips that helped me understand what I was doing better. I know what might work for all different types of learners and what might not, and can help provide specific feedback and advice from my own direct experiences within VCE English.

I can teach essay writing and creative (with a particular strength in creative), for VCE students, typically 60 minute sessions with additional out of 'class' support if needed (questions, tips). I can travel (within 20km from Ivanhoe) or do online lessons. Lessons include: running through structuring an essay/ text response, language development for creative writing, answering any questions from class/ about how to approach homework, and providing tips for upcoming tests.
