About Helena
I have 8 years of experience teaching English to a wide range of learners, from children to adults. I hold an M.A in English Language and Applied Linguistics, equipping me with expertise in grammar, communication, pedagogy, and applied language teaching. My philosophy emphasises immersive, interactive, and student-centred approaches that build both confidence and competence in English.
In lessons, I integrate conversation, reading, writing, listening exercises, grammar practice, storytelling, and discussion. I adapt instruction to the learner’s level, goals, and interests, ensuring lessons are meaningful and engaging.
