About Alessa
I have been working with the communicative approach in remote classes by exploring images, using online games and providing linguistic input to improve students' skills in a natural and contextualized way. The use of this methodology provides students with an understanding of English grammar from the spontaneous use of the language. Thus, the focus of teaching is on the communicative functions of each structure in a given context.

Hey! How u doin'? I study Languages at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Also, I have been working as an English teacher for two years, since 2018, and I have experience with children, adults and the elderly. I have been working remotely since April 2020, with both children and adults. I intend to use different online platforms in my classes in order to teach as spontaneously as possible.
