About Rhoda
One of the reasons I see myself as an effective tutor is that I engage with students and create an atmosphere where learning is cultivated and nurtured in a respectful and considerate manner.
I have a listening ear and an open mind. This translates to my eagerness to learn from my students because I do not see myself as a repository of knowledge but as a senior colleague who can guide and provide assistance as each student embarks on their academic journey.

Participatory methodology is the hallmark of my teaching. I deal with relatable examples to help my students better understand what I am driving at.
The use of videos and interactive resources are important tools in student engagement.
My target audiences are students at higher learning institutions and postgraduate students as well.
