About Gail
The most important attribute in an outstanding teacher is a positive attitude. Students, parents, and schedules are always changing and ever-demanding. An outstanding educator is not paralyzed by these challenges but expects and welcomes them as opportunities to help students to be successful and engaged learners and for parents to be active participants. A superior teacher's hard-working, persistent, positive attitude not only make her online classroom a happy, active learning environment, but that attitude is a contagious to her students.

I have a positive attitude, I am a very empathetic and a solution-oriented person. I greet each day, each staff member, each parent and each student with a genuine smile and a desire to begin the exciting journey that happens every day in education. Each person I come in contact with has their own set of skills and weaknesses. It is my job not to be frustrated or surprised by this! It's my job to use my skills to help each student be the best they can be.
