About Rahel
I am a soon-to-be Law graduate with lots of experience in working with young people, having worked with public speaking charity DebateMate, and working as a mentor with Widening Participation programmes during university. These roles required me to adopt a teacher-like role, making lesson plans, giving presentations, marking students' work, and ensuring that they understood key principles of the programme. These skills are equally relevant in one-to-one lessons, ensuring that my tutee can feel comfortable and confident enough to understand the content, as well as to ask for help when necessary. I believe in patience, encouragement and structure as the foundational blocks of my teaching style, ensuring that I create the right environment for any child to efficiently learn and fulfil their full potential.
