About Daisy
Hi!
I am a tutor of English Literature based in Edinburgh. I am currently in my third year studying English Literature at the University of Edinburgh. During the holidays I live and work at home in Somerset.
My primary goal as a tutor is to develop a positive working relationship with my student to best address their academic needs and objectives, whatever these may be.
I am able to work with students of varying abilities, assisting some to reach A*/Level 9 grades, and others to push their grades up to a pass.
With all students, I aim to instil self-belief in their abilities and motivate them to become confident independent learners. I am also able to further support individual learning with revision techniques and study skills.
My sessions are always tailored around the needs of the individual and their personal goals and I am confident I have the academic expertise and enthusiasm to enable my students to reach their full potential.
