About Daniella
I am a postgraduate at The University of Oxford, and already hold a Double First in German (BA). I achieved the best results of all 200 students in the Languages department, as well as the highest grades in Arts & Humanities at my college. These results are testament to my lasting enthusiasm for language and literature, which I enjoy passing onto my tutees.
I started tutoring over four years ago, and it's a consistent delight to celebrate tutees' successes - be it getting to grips with a thorny bit of grammar, having a 'eureka!' moment with a tricky piece of literature, or passing exams with flying colours.

There can be no one-size-fits-all formula when it comes to a tutoring session. Every tutee has different likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and will progress at an individual pace. I can help with anything from oral presentations and spoken fluency, to essays, literature, and grammar (having personally tried all the tips and tricks!).
My lessons are designed to challenge, not to overstretch. I set regular quizzes to check tutees’ progress, as well as asking for frequent feedback so I can make sure to be the best tutor I can be. We don't always understand things from the word go - and that's perfectly okay. But if you or your child needs a helping hand from someone who's experienced as both a tutor and a student themselves, I’m here to help.
