I have been training for over 3+ years, with knowledge in kinesiology and nutrition. I am super passionate about training as "health is wealth" and I believe that every high school student should have the opportunity to know how to manage their body and work out!

All my lessons are FREE for those between 12-16 years old (suitable for all skill levels). I hope to empower youth and help them become comfortable with working out. I have a gym space in my apartment and parents are welcome to stay!

First lesson: Discuss fitness goals and create a personalized fitness plan.
10min Warm up and dynamic stretches
40min Coaching and strength training/cardio depending on fitness goals
