About Lune

Hi, I am Teacher Luné! I’m an enthusiastic assistant teacher with real classroom experience and a passion for helping young learners succeed. I’m currently working towards my teaching qualification and have developed a strong, hands-on understanding of how to support learners in a fun, patient, and engaging way. I absolutely love to share knowledge and believe that learning should be an enjoyable and empowering experience for every child. I adapt my teaching style to meet each student’s unique needs, whether we’re working on reading, writing, grammar, or comprehension. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and can teach in the language your child feels most comfortable with. My lessons are warm, encouraging, and focused on building confidence. Whether your child needs extra support or wants to grow their English skills, I’m here to guide them every step of the way. I can’t wait to learn and grow with you!

About the lesson

As a passionate assistant teacher with hands-on classroom experience, my approach to private tutoring is warm, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s needs. I believe that every student learns differently, so I use a mix of interactive activities, visual aids, and real-life examples to make English engaging and relatable.

I’m proficient in both English and Afrikaans, and I can teach comfortably in either language depending on what the learner prefers.

In a typical lesson with me, students can expect a friendly and encouraging environment where they feel safe to ask questions and grow at their own pace. I focus on building strong reading, writing, and communication skills while boosting the learner’s confidence and love for the subject.

My lessons are best suited for foundation and intermediate phase learners who need extra support with English, whether it’s grammar, spelling, reading comprehension, or creative writing. I aim to make every session enjoyable, meaningful, and empowering!
