Diets don't work. By definition, a diet is short-term and does not help sustain healthy habits. What is needed is an eating plan; a guide that allows people to become aware of what they are eating and in what proportions they need the macronutrients based on their needs and physical activity. In my case, using evolutionary nutrition as a guiding principle. Same for exercise. The person who does activity that he doesn't like will eventually quit. Progressive and sustained changes are needed over time.
