About Monique
My name is Monique. I started tutoring with my mother who was a teacher, at a young age. I tutored English because I used to struggle with English as well, and over time I learned that if I read books with confidence, then I would understand what is going on. This boosted my grades in school. I want to help those who struggled with English lit and language and help them become a confident reader.

If you’re struggling to read or having trouble with English homework or both. Not to worry, I will help you boost your confidence in reading. With confidence you will understand the true meaning of the English language and literature.
Previous experience in tutoring primary and secondary school students. Have tutored adults whose first language is not English, tutored students with learning difficulties and mental health problems. A typical lesson would be around an hour.
