About Kaylene
I started helping people with English as a volunteer and currently volunteer with Duolingo. I've also taught at a language learning center and a university and trained teachers. This began in 1984, 25 years ago. I've taught classes between 20-30 students, small groups and individuals. I've been certified multiple times, and trained to teach English teachers. It's fun to help people with English.

It depends on the situation. At formal schools, I make sure students are following along with the activities and get feedback on their participation. I contextual quizzes and exams when I make them. As a Duolingo host, I ask what the eventists want to concentrate on and let that guide how I develop the events.

Details
Currently, I am only helping English learners on-line. I have international accredited certification to do that. Classes must be paid prior to instruction. I am very rarely absent however if one day, I must cancel, I will extend the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund for that hour.
