About Anna Maria

I have been giving private lessons in Maths and English for students in Germany. In English lessons I helped them to learn for tests, improve their pronunciation, and we practiced vocabulary regularly. When I travelled to England in 2018 to work here as an Au pair I made use of my tutoring and teaching skills to help my Host Children with homework and assignments to achieve success in school (including subjects: Maths, English, French). I find myself being very confident in learning and teaching other languages. However, I haven't had the chance to teach my own language and would love to do so to help students to achieve their personal goals in the subject and to get the grades they want.

About the lesson

In the past I have been giving private English lessons to students in Germany from the age 11 to 13 (early stages in secondary school). I understand that German is a relevant GCSE subject for a lot of students in England and therefore I'm happy to work with older and more mature students as well. In general, I'm happy to teach those who want to learn the German language. I can help to prepare students for tests, we can practice pronunciation, spelling, and whatever is required the most. I like to make students feel comfortable in learning a language so they are enjoying the experience. Also I like to give useful feedback as I think that it's vital to work towards improvement and success.
