About Obi
I'm a fitness guru. best way to describe me I guess. I'm 19, go to 2-3 hour sessions at the gym for four days a week. keep a strict diet plan and Somewhat of a fashionista. I also have clients which I personally train at the gym I go to which I do on my off days.

The first couple of the lesson revolves around the theoretical aspect of said subject. Then we proceed on the practical side of things. This is because we also need to understand the basics and foundations of what it is that you're actually doing, because if you feel you've hit a limit, you'll easily be able to overcome that barrier in no time and reach your desired goals.
