About Keesha Jennifer

For 8 years, I worked at a top-tier medical institution, in Boston, supporting students' professional growth into well-rounded physicians. While there, I created co-curricular professional development curriculum for medical students. I taught study skills for STEM undergrads and high school students. Currently, I am a self-employed coach and teacher of my 4-module course on Achievement and Self-Mastery: "Self-care 2 Success". What you get with me: 1. Inquisitive coach: Ask series of poignant questions to understand where you are and where you want to be. 2. Accountability: after setting mutually agreed upon expectations, I make sure to check in regularly and reaffirm needs 3. Cheerleader: Learning is rigorous and Elite Achievers experience lows and my clients have come to rely on my constructive positivity to stay focused. 4. 360 feedback: I'm continuously working on being the best teacher and tutor. I seek feedback from clients just as I provide my students with feedback. We're in this together! 5. My network: All my clients gain access to my vast network of people from multiple industries. My EA understand that they need TWO things for long-term success with me. (1) Explore joy in what they're doing and (2) Give themselves grace as they learn.

I teach both of these concepts along with English-based written and oral communication.

I offer customized work plans that not only help you learn the subject material AND how to tap into your greater self across all areas of your life!
