About Kaela
I've always been in gym since my teens and fell in love with learning about the human body in college. I spent years personal training and loved seeing my clients succeed with their personal goals. They took what I taught them and ran with it. I hope I can do the same for you!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness with a certification in Nutrition. If you're a beginner in either field and need help getting started then I'm here for you. We can work on correct form in the gym or meal planning or stretching or specified workouts. I have years of experience in the gym and can offer an array of different styles of workouts depending on what you need.

I find that 30 min workouts or sessions are easier to follow so I'd like to offer 30 minute sessions instead of 1 hour. 30 minutes for $15!
