About Reece
I am 23 years old and recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. My personal passion is running. I have been running most of my life and ran at the Division 1 level at Drake University. My passion for helping others is why I decided to become a personal trainer. I want to help educate my clients and help them make changes that will lead to a better quality of life.

I think what sets me apart from other personal trainers is my charisma. I do not believe in the need for huge muscles and obtaining a body that you might see on social media. My approach to fitness is a holistic view involving sleep, diet, and small healthy changes that will lead to a healthier version of you!
I work with all age groups. I am looking for people that already have a desire to make changes in their life and want to become healthier asap. I am a certified Exercise Physiologist, so I am qualified to work with populations with various diseases if applicable. I also am a former Division 1 runner, so I have a lot of experience training young athletes, especially runners. I am open to hearing your personal story and would love to see if i can help.
