About Bethan
I have been on-and-off giving lessons since I was 18, and I am now 22. I have had around 8 students, most of which were foreign children whilst I lived in Spain, whom I taught English to as a second language. I have also provided support within schools for pupils needing more one-on-one support with essays, projects and exam prep.

My name is Bethan, and I'm an English Literature Graduate. I have tutored English GCSE pupils, and acted as a mentor of literature during my education. I have studied abroad, and taught English to foreign students and children. My focus ranges on the subject being studied at the time, and the pupils preferred method of learning. I like to observe, and constructively move forward from that assessment. I like to think I am patient, and a keen listener to what the pupil best responds to. I believe in repetitive methodology, whereby students repeat their attempts at questions/essays/concepts, with correction and support, and ultimately reach the desired goal. I also approach the subject with a variety of mediums, from reading, to writing and comprehension, to ensure a more rounded experience.
