About Shan
I mastered English only when I started to read and write a lot. I'm a second language learner myself, so I understand the difficulties faced by students wanting to learn English as a second language. I am also a writer. I have written several books on creepy stories, called eerietales by Shan Kissdani. I am a qualified ESL (English as a Second Language). I worked in a private school for 10 years and taught online for 3 years. I have the knack for picking up clues when a student finds things hard to understand, and we normally sort them out quickly.

I'll explain each area of any problem to the student until he or she understands before moving on. I'll go at the student's pace. I don't speak Chinese, so students are forced to use English all the time, which is a good thing. The lessons are catered to the individual areas of difficulty. The lessons are interactive, just like talking to a friend who will correct your mistakes as you go.

The first free lesson with Shan will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
Free lessons are only done online or at my flat.
On-site lessons are $60 an hour if location is 6 kilometers within the radius of Sembawang. Beyond 6 kilometers, a $20 travel fee will be added to the total fee. (Min of 2 hours per lessons for on-site lessons.
For online, webcam lessons, it is $40 per lesson per hour.
Students should have their own materials. Exercise materials will be provided by me.
