About Cristina

My classes are the result of years of experience in the field of teaching languages. After graduating university with a major in Languages and language learning, I started teaching ESL (English as a second language) nearly 5 years ago now and almost immediately after I also started teaching Italian to English native speakers online. I've grown passionate about teaching my native language as my students took a real interest in Italian culture and seeing their improvement always made me proud.

About the lesson

My lessons always start with icebreakers and then I like to split them into 30 minutes of grammar and 40 minutes of conversation-based activities. I like to tailor the classes to the students to make them as engaging as possible and fun, because learning only happens when we feel comfortable in class and when we simulate " experiencing the language " through role plays and board games.
