About Mara
I am Mara,native Spanish speaker. At the moment I am finishing my PhD at UTAS, but I would love to stay in Tasmania,as it is a wonderful place. I love teaching and I have been doing so for 6 years.I have the great opportunity to teach students for all around the world in my face to face and online classes. I enjoy each of my classes and try my best to make it enjoyable for my students too.

I had to learn a language myself, so I am aware of the challenges of the process. My experience also showed me that each person has its own way of learning. So I try to adapt each of my classes to each of my students needs.I use videos,audios,conversation and plenty of materials to make the process of learning dynamic and fun!

Mara's classes are great! She always comes up with new material and resources that helped my Spanish improve a lot.
Her lessons are useful and whenever we take a lesson I can see the time flying because her classes are really enjoyable. She also takes in to account your strengths and challenges when learning a language during, and that is something that makes the classes really unique! Gracias Mara!!Mara's bubbly personality combined with her patience and experience makes sure you'll have a heck of a teacher.
