About Rohini

I am a dedicated art and craft instructor with over three years of teaching experience, helping children and adults develop creative skills through structured, hands-on learning. As a self-taught artist, I have continually expanded my expertise across a wide range of traditional and contemporary art forms, including crochet, knitting, embroidery, Tanjore painting, punch needle art, Japanese bookbinding, resin art, and other creative crafts.

My lessons are thoughtfully planned to provide a balance of technical skill development and creative exploration. I believe that every student has the potential to create beautiful work when guided with patience, clear instruction, and encouragement. Whether learning for personal enrichment, skill development, or as a new hobby, students receive individual attention and a learning experience tailored to their goals.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have conducted regular classes and workshops for learners of different age groups and skill levels, creating a supportive environment where students feel confident to learn, experiment, and grow. My focus is not only on completing projects but also on helping students understand techniques, develop craftsmanship, and build the confidence to continue creating independently.

I am committed to maintaining a professional, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment where creativity flourishes and every student leaves each class with valuable skills, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment.

My teaching philosophy is centered on building strong foundational skills while fostering creativity, confidence, and independent learning. Every lesson is carefully structured and tailored to the individual student's age, experience, learning style, and objectives. I combine clear demonstrations, step-by-step instruction, guided practice, and constructive feedback to ensure that each concept is thoroughly understood before progressing to more advanced techniques.
My classes follow a structured yet flexible format, beginning with an introduction to materials and techniques, followed by live demonstrations, supervised hands-on practice, and project development. Students receive continuous guidance throughout the learning process, enabling them to refine their techniques and complete high-quality handcrafted projects with confidence.
I specialize in teaching crochet, knitting, embroidery, painting, and a wide range of creative crafts. As a self-taught instructor with several years of teaching experience, I place equal emphasis on technical precision, creativity, and practical application. My lessons are designed to be engaging, encouraging, and outcome-oriented, ensuring that students not only acquire new skills but also develop the confidence to explore their own creative ideas.
My classes are suitable for school children, teenagers, college students, adults, and hobby enthusiasts. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced learner seeking to enhance your skills, I provide personalized instruction in a supportive and inspiring learning environment that helps every student achieve their creative goals.
