In my free time, I enjoy photography, traveling, and discovering hidden gems—whether it's a tucked-away restaurant or a unique local shop. I also love playing softball with friends and staying active. Exploring new places and capturing moments through my lens helps fuel my creativity, which I bring into my teaching style as well.

Hi, I'm Gislaine! I’ve been a private tutor for over five years, working with students ages 9 to 16 across a variety of subjects. I have experience supporting learners with diverse needs, including those with Autism and ADHD, and I’m confident in creating inclusive, engaging learning environments. I’m currently completing my degree in education, which has deepened my understanding of effective teaching strategies, and I bring a lot of energy and patience to each student. My approach focuses on making learning fun and interactive so students stay motivated and enjoy the process. I tutor in subjects such as English Language Arts, Math, History, Science, Art, STEM, and Speech. I’m bilingual in English and Haitian Creole, which helps me connect with and support students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. My goal is to become a full-time teacher and continue making a positive impact in students' lives both academically and personally.
