About Daniel
E.g. I am an engineer who has an immense passion for fitness. I was personally unhappy with my tiny physique and researched and studied under the most well known names of the body building world, and then utilised my experience to transform and train over 100+ athletes. I have been trained by Mr. World and the current international powerlifting champion in the senior category.

My teaching method is simple. I explain to people just starting off to fitness as to how to build a strong foundation from where they can branch off into their respective goals. My aim is to promote my clients to incorporate fitness not to reach their goals, but as a way of life possibly till their old age.
I will be offering diet plans, workout plans, lifestyle changes and such. Everything provided will be highly scientific in nature and I love entertaining questions and passionate clients.
