About Brad

Who am I? I have a successful professional and academic background spanning two decades in leadership and management in the Defence Force, local government, and corporate sectors. Additionally, I maintain sideline ventures as a private investor and music producer, and also draw insights from these endeavors to further strengthen my coaching. On a personal level, I am known for my ability to actively listen without judgment, as well as for my patience and empathetic understanding. At the same time, I’m skilled at delivering constructive feedback (or the hard truths) needed to target areas for development. I hold qualifications in communication studies, business, leadership and management, and counseling. These qualifications include: - An MBA (conferred with high distinction) - A diploma of Frontline Management - Professional training in counseling - A B.A. in Literature. My sessions can provide: - Mentoring in business and career strategy - Coaching in corporate business communication, from written reports to interviews and presentations - Business proposal feasibility assessments - Tutoring for students wishing to excel in business studies, including MBA assessments - Mentoring for defense personnel seeking to transition into a civilian career - And more If you feel that I might be able to help you, or if you have any questions, please feel free to be in touch to say hello. I’d love to work with you towards your ongoing success!

About the lesson

Are you:

- In need of multifaceted career/business guidance on next steps?
- Unsure of how to communicate the value you offer in business?
- Wondering how to excel in a leadership/management position?
- Seeking help to communicate professionally (at work or in interviews) in ways that showcase your best self?
- Keen to transition into a new industry, but unsure of how to leverage your strengths and sell your existing skills?

As a mentor and coach, I can assist with all this and more. I specialise in helping professionals to reach their potential in their careers. I do this by providing high-level 1:1 support sessions that zero in on key areas of strength and weakness, before strategising collaboratively on practical action steps to best position you for career success and fulfilment. In doing so, we identify your unique aptitudes and develop these to your best advantage.

More specifically, I can help you to communicate professionally in all aspects of business, clarify business proposals and projects, and in various ways support you to develop and demonstrate your unique skillset so that you reach your goals.

Please note: My coaching availability is currently limited to Tuesday 7pm-8pm or Thursday 7pm-8pm (Melbourne time), and I usually require at least 48 hours' notice for scheduling purposes. Sessions are via Zoom or Skype.

Brad is a multi-talented powerhouse of insight and knowledge, with a gift for guiding others to make the most of their own gifts, especially in the contexts of professional communication, career strategy and business performance. He is kind, honest, quick-thinking, extremely canny and will support you to clarify, refine, and achieve your goals. Brad has helped me hugely in these areas over many years and I deeply value his insights. I’ve noticed that Brad is also very adept at helping others to perceive what makes them unique, and then to make the most of this uniqueness in various business and professional contexts—a special skill. I recommend him unreservedly for anyone looking for high-level coaching.
